Thanks for helping us today over the phone, you were very nice to help us feel good about having your company represent Linda and me in this effort to market our coach.  I am attaching six photos of the exterior of the coach today.  More will follow tomorrow.  Today we are having thunder storms and I don't wish to be out in this kind of weather today.  Let me know if how I send the pictures is ok and that you received them.

We want to thank Capital RV Sales for helping us sell our motor home.  We had it advertised on two other sites, but we feel that we got the best exposure by advertising with Capital RV.  Our sales representative, Allan, was always very helpful, friendly and personable.  Capital RV was the only site that would call us back periodically to see how things were progressing.  The other two sites took our money and we never heard from them again.  I have and would again, recommend Capital RV Sales to anyone I know who needs to sell their motor home.  Once again, many thanks go to Allan, for being our sales representative.

On August 29th 2009 we purchased a 10 year old Tahoe 5th wheel from Capital RV Sales in Fla. The camper was in very good condition and the price was very good also. We are in our mid 70's and don't get to camp too often so this camper was a perfect fit. The staff at Capital RV Sales, went far and above to make us feel special. Everyone working in the back all made us feel like royalty. You can be very proud of your team in Fla. The camper was cleaned very well before we picked it up.

Hi , I don't know where to start, do I thank you first for the wonderful experience with you & Capital RV or the beautiful RV we drove home on Friday? Both are high on my list. Our "baby" is everything we wanted and more. We spent most of every free moment putting our personal touches in her and Tom tinkered with everything he could put his hands on. Needless to say we are VERY pleased. Capital RV is awesome beyond words. I don't remember the last time I've felt so much friendliness in one facility. Everyone was excited with us and not just for us. Friday felt like OUR day at Capital RV Sales. I don't know if you know how special that was or not, but you all made it a very special time. Our trip home was fun, Tom was nervous naturally, but all went well. We were sure they narrowed the stripes on the interstate and lowered the bridges!! We both ducked going under the first two!!! Also had a little red car tailgating us all the way to Largo, ha ha. I really enjoyed the passenger seat and lounging there watching the state go by. All in all Thanks to everyone out there, especially you Bob for all the extra effort each and every one of you give. In our list of friends you will always be there.

Capital RV Sales Websites are awash with stories about confused buyers not knowing what or where to buy or folks who got stung at some delaership. Theresa and I avoided such anguish by taking Wayne, advice to shop at Capital RV Sales.Since our first meeting in September (our sales rep stuck around the dealership on a Saturday afternoon to accommodate us), then expertly led us through the process they handled our warranty needs to our complete satisfaction, we have been treated royally at Capital RV Sales. Additionally, we have had the most pleasant dealings with the rest of the team. It has been an uncommon experience. They’re skill, and work ethic are commendable. And he exercised such care in and around our coach, one would have almost thought that he was the owner. We want to tell you how satisfied we were with the service received on 8-7-07 at Capital RV Sales in Fla. Our motorhome converter malfunctioned while we were traveling in South Carolina. A fellow motorhome traveler referred us to Capital RV Sales in Fla. Our fellow traveler told he received excellent service as well.It isn't often that one witnesses a facility operated in such an ideal fashion as Capital RV Sales in Fla! The service department was courteous and treated our problem with concern and sensitivity. He had a mechanic, examine our converter almost was quick to spot the problem, explained as well as showed us what was wrong. They made us feel comfortable, as he was quite competent. They were direct and honest about the cost involved, giving us options. Once we gave the okay on the expenditure they immediately tended to the repair. We thought the cost of labor would almost double the cost of the part.. this was not at all true. They were extremely reasonable in what he charged us for his labor which appeared to take about 2 1/2 hours. It was obvious that you have employees who enjoy their jobs and work well as a team. Capital RV Sales, service was professional, ethical and exemplary. We wish all repair facilities met this criteria .Thank you again for providing us with such good service and employees.
