We at Capital RV Sales work hard to bring you a comprehensive marketing program to help you sell your motor home. We are a fully licensed dealer that can assist in all aspects of the transaction. In addition to your listing, we offer up to twelve photos of your motor home. We provide trained Sales Advisors to field calls and pre-qualify potential buyers. Our financing staff can provide leading financial lenders to our buyers, including GE Capital Finance. We use national print media, internat advertisinf and tv advertising to drive buyers to you. Our buyers can get on-site inspections of your motor home, transport services, extended warranties, and more, so they can purchase with confidence.

We also offer consignment sales on our lot. Let our professional sales staff do the work for you. We can list it, show it, finance it, and send you the check.

Capital RV Sales
We need to know as much information about your RV as possible: floor plan, make, model, length, options, number of slide outs, mileage, condition, including any dents, leaks, body damage, torn carpets, etc. Please feel free to send us any changes or additions to your ad once it is up on our website. You may send us an email at sales@capitalrvsales.com.
We will also need you to send us up to (12) interior and exterior photos of your RV. These can be sent via e-mail or regular mail. Once we receive your photos, we will digitally scan them and our graphic design center will create an attractive portfolio of your RV.

Advertising Terms and Conditions
1. Copy and Material: The Publisher reserves the right to revise or reject for any reason at its sole discretion any advertising copy submitted. All Advertising materials, including photos, submitted by Advertiser or created by Publisher are the property of Publisher and may not be reproduced by a third party in other publications, electronic media or any other materials without Publisher's or Advertiser's written consent.
2. Errors: Publisher's liability for damages resulting from errors in any advertising that it publishes or from its failure to publish any advertisement that it has agreed to publish shall be limited to the amount it actually received in consideration for its agreement to publish the advertisement in question. Publisher shall not be responsible for any special, incidental or consequential damages suffered by any party resulting from its errors or omissions. The Advertiser must report such errors or omissions within seven days of the publication date.
3. Hold Harmless: Advertiser accepts all liability for the content of all advertising supplied by it. Advertiser warrants to Publisher that its copy is true, that it is not libelous or defamatory, that it violates no rights of privacy, that it infringes no trademark, and that it complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The fact that copy shall have been previously submitted to Publisher for approval and shall have been approved by it either in whole or in part, shall not relieve Advertiser of the warranty. Advertiser agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Publisher from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, suits, costs, or expenses, arising by reason of the publication of Advertiser's advertisement or breach of the foregoing warranty, whether such claims are well-grounded or not. Advertising fee cannot be refunded after publication of ads.
4. Inability to Perform: Neither party shall be required to perform any term or condition so long as such performance is delayed or prevented by force majeure, including acts of God, strikes, lockouts, material, or labor restrictions by any government authority, civil riot, floods, and any other cause not reasonably within the control of the performing party and which, by due diligence, such party is unable, wholly or in part, to prevent or overcome.
5. Review: To protect our customers and our website visitors, we reserve the right to review and, upon review, delete all electronic transmissions related to the advertising services for potential fraud or other irregular activity.
6. Length of Service: Ad will remain in force for 6 months and if Capital RV Sales has not sold your unit within the six months you will receive an additional 6 months free, unless motor home is sold.
7. Cancellation Policy: You have the right to cancel this agreement within 48 hours of voice verification. After that time, we cannot refund your investment as your ad and portfolio will be created. |
